An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Executive to join the Tom Ford Beauty, Le Labo, Balmain and Aramis brand cluster in Travel Retailing Europe, Middle East and Africa (includes UK). The position will be based in the central London Head Office and will report to the Regional Marketing Manager.



The Marketing Executive will work closely with the Product Manager on new launches, 360 campaigns, high-profile activations and in-store events. They will also support the Marketing team from a product management perspective, providing monthly reporting, managing non-saleable inventory, as well as globally and locally produced collateral. Furthermore, the role will require close collaboration with Sales, VM, SD and Education.



The role will be instrumental in supporting the Fragrance acceleration plan within total Travel Retail EMEA, whilst continuing to drive strong and sustainable growth in the home market UKI.

About You:





Be able to demonstrate strong organizational skills and prioritize work effectively Be able to work independently when required but also thrives working as part of a team Be able to track, analyse, develop and provide feedback to Regional Marketing Manager based on campaign KPI's and deliverables analytics. Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal Have a Marketing / creative bias is required as well as an understanding of the market and the industry Have demonstrable passion and interest in the beauty market Have project management skills are required along with the ability to meet deadlines, with strong attention to detail Have a flexible and proactive approach is required MS Office Proficiency - Excel Intermediate level / Power-point - Intermediate / SAP desirable A positive positive 'can do' attitude and team player spirit Ability to work in a fast-moving pressurized environment are paramount to this role
