What you'll be doing:

You'll rotate across our Brand, Social, Customer, SEO and Performance marketing teams. Working as a key member of these teams responsible for delivering best-in-class customer and brand marketing. Combining commercial, analytical and creative insights to support development of our strategies and plans. Working collaboratively in cross-functional teams to deliver these plans, ensuring excellence across our customer touchpoints.

What we're looking for:

You'll need to have achieved, or be on track to achieve, at least a 2:1 degree. Instinctively collaborative and enjoy working as part of a team to deliver the very best. Super numerate with awesome analytical capability. Creative, innovative and curious to learn. Able to work with anyone and understand that everyone has a different perspective - and know that's what makes it exciting. Unafraid to try and take calculated risks, even if it doesn't always work. You'll pick yourself up and try again. A problem-solving supremo, able to review and understand new situations, suggesting and implementing pragmatic solutions.
