We are seeking a motivated and professional

Sales & Marketing Graduate

to join our growing team and focus on partnerships Sales lead generation and Communication. This position offers an excellent opportunity in the sports supply chain to gain hands-on experience in both sales and marketing within a supportive, dynamic business environment.

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities

Support sales and business development activities, including market research, lead generation, and CRM database management. Assist in the planning and delivery of marketing and social media campaigns to strengthen brand awareness. Prepare client proposals, presentations, and marketing materials using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge and ability to use AI, Copilot and Chat GPT to maximise business efficiency. Coordinate communications with clients, suppliers, partners and internal departments. Participate in site visits and client meetings across the UK to support the sales process. Contribute to reporting, data analysis, and administrative support related to marketing and sales performance.

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Drive, passion and desire to grow with a fast-moving dynamic company. Proficient in

CRM systems

and

Microsoft Office applications

(Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Interest in sports, sustainability, or technology is advantageous. Full UK driving licence (preferred, due to potential site visits).
