Role Summary:


We're looking for a sharp, research-driven Outbound Growth Specialist to take our outbound marketing strategy to the next level. In this role, you'll identify and engage high-potential leads, craft data-backed outreach sequences, and refine messaging to resonate with our target audiences. You'll own the process from research to execution, monitoring performance, optimising campaigns and ensuring seamless alignment between marketing and sales. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves digging into insights, testing new approaches and driving real growth.

Key Responsibilities:



Research & Strategy



Conduct in-depth market research to identify high-potential leads and ideal customer profiles to import into the CRM and build strategic lists. Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor movements and relevant news to craft timely, compelling outreach and support the wider marketing activities. Develop and refine strategies that align with business goals and sales objectives.

Outbound Campaigns & Execution



Build, test, and optimise highly targeted outbound sequences (email, LinkedIn, calls, etc.). Personalise messaging to engage prospects and increase conversion rates. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure outbound efforts complement wider demand generation strategies. A/B test subject lines, messaging and formats to continuously improve performance.

CRM (HubSpot) & Process Management



Manage and maintain accurate lead data within HubSpot ensuring all outreach is trackable. Monitor lead engagement, track responses and optimise the CRM based on data insights. Work closely with line manager to refine lead scoring and ensure handover processes are seamless. Continuously refine processes and ensure data remains accurate, organised and up to date.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting



Track key outbound metrics (open rates, response rates, conversion rates, etc.) to measure success and way to improve. Provide regular reports on outbound performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve overall outbound effectiveness.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement



Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and outreach efforts. Regularly review outbound tactics, suggesting new approaches and automation opportunities. Experiment with emerging tools and AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency.
This key role reports directly to the Head of Brand and plays a vital part in driving fulfilmentcrowd's outbound growth strategy. We're looking for a highly organised, proactive, and detail-driven individual who thrives on taking initiative, making strategic decisions and executing with confidence. You'll be instrumental in crafting and optimising outbound campaigns, identifying high-value prospects and ensuring seamless integration between marketing and sales efforts to fuel our continued expansion.
