Marketing Liaison - GTM

Manager

in the Sales/Marketing Department to join us based in Coventry.

Summary:

You will be responsible for coordinating worldwide marketing planning and reporting with cluster teams across all our regions

You will work closely with Marketing teams within clusters, manufacturing teams in Wuhan (CN) and Hethel (UK) and other departments in EU Headquarters to streamline overall process and to deliver results to the business, by anticipating any risk and opportunities raised by key stakeholders.

You will provide Market intelligence by gathering and analysing information relevant to Lotus markets - trends, competitor and customer monitoring.

What you'll do:

Identify product selling POI for the models, developing documentation on unique, core product selling points for each model. Create user-centric frameworks on selling points to rapidly supply product highlights for the sales team. As a product expert, conduct product workshops etc., enabling media, KOLs, and users to gain comprehensive product understanding and grasp core selling points efficiently. Through channel rebranding - lead reactivation, new media expansion and sales force enablement, enhancing lead volume/quality and sales conversion capabilities. Synthesizing European market feedback and insights to inform global marketing strategy development. Partner with the product and R&D teams to develop vehicle model configuration logic, feature optimization & selling points.

What you'll bring:

Premium automotive or consumer technology industry experience Involvement in full cycle vehicle launches The ability to keenly grasp market hot spots and marketing innovation. Have strong user and product thinking skills, with the ability to analyse user needs. The ability to combine creativity and systematic thinking, along with attention to detail, to achieve results. Strong work ethic with a desire to drive improvements and achieve results Fluency in English & Mandarin is essential, with a third language being a plus
