We are looking for a confident self-starter Marketing Manager to take ownership of our marketing strategy and delivery. This role is primarily digital, but will also involve supporting events, webinars, and conferences as part of our growth strategy. You'll have autonomy to shape how we engage with our market and the opportunity to make a visible impact.

Responsibilities
Take full ownership of Salus' marketing strategy and day to day execution.
Develop and deliver digital campaigns across email, social and paid media (with a focus on Linkedin ads).
Create engaging content (blogs, case studies, webinars, videos, white papers) that demonstrates an understanding of the customer's perspective.
Manage and optimise our websites to improve SEO, lead generation and customer engagement.
Build our brand presence at events and conferences, coordinating logistics and promotional activity.
Work closely with the sales team to support outbound campaigns, including email sequences, prospect nurturing and tailored collateral.
Support customer success by creating marketing campaigns for existing customers, including product updates, training promotions and retention initiatives.
Analyse campaign performance and track ROI.
Manage external suppliers (designers, videographers, agencies) where required.
About you
Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally in B2B software, energy or professional services.
Strong understanding of digital channels, particularly LinkedIn campaigns and ads.
Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills, with the ability to put yourself in the customer's shoes.
Confident self-starter who thrives with autonomy and ownership.
Creative thinker who brings fresh ideas to a technical industry.
Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-growing company.
