We are Exubia. The chosen biophilia partner of some of the world's most respected architectural design and construction companies. We design, create, and maintain unique biophilia enhancements for clients in high-end office and hospitality spaces.

In order to swiftly grow our company to the next level, Exubia are looking to employ a full-time

Marketing Manager

.

This person needs to have the confidence and skill set to take responsibility for the implementation of the company's entire marketing operation, both digital and through other channels. They need to be able work alongside our Managing Director to execute innovative marketing and digital strategies for our company. We want an enthusiastic all-round candidate who can search out our hidden company secrets - our 'unique traits' and convey them to prospective and existing clients alike - in a captivating and strategic manner. You need to be comfortable working as part of a small team in a growing business - and having a collaborative and cheerful approach is essential.

Role Responsibilities



Marketing Plan,

Execute the agreed marketing plan to time and budget participate in the development of future marketing plans

Customer Growth,

Working closely with the BD team execute marketing campaigns that deliver the target number of quality leadsfrom both existing customers and new prospects, Focussing on contact management, content development and marketing processes implemented in the CRM system

Partner relationships

, Working with the BD team build and maintain a programme that keeps key Exubia partners informed and motivated to work in close partnership with Exubia

Customer Experience

, Build a set of marketing assets and customer feedback mechanisms that ensure customers understand the unique value of working with Exubia and that the entire Exubia team are aligned to deliver on that value

Brand Development,

Rebuild the Exubia website to truly represent the Exubia value proposition and contribute to both customer experience and lead generation

Role Accountabilities



Marketing Plan,

Budget utilisation and management provision of timely performance trackers and learning from results to improve brand and ROMI.

Customer Growth,

Number and value of leads generated fit of prospects to ICP and lead conversion rates. Quality of marketing content, social media relationships and follower growth, web responses and inbound enquiries

Partner relationships,

Number of partner referrals and value of business resulting

Customer Experience

, Alignment of the entire organisation behind the Exubia value proposition and it's delivery, clear and actionable NPS reporting

Brand Development

, delivery of the new web site to time and budget, SEMrush rankings, growth in web traffic and responses

Must Have Attributes



A clear thinker, with good organisational and planning skills.

Commercial and sales awareness

Strong attention to detail.

Great communication skills and networking ability

Enjoys teamwork but rises to the individual responsibility to deliver on their area of expertise within the business.

Must have Skills



Fully proficient in digital marketing, including LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. WordPress and a recognised CRM

An analytical and numerate approach to marketing.

Understanding sales processes, pipeline management and sales funnels

A compelling copywriter.

Background



A minimum of 3 years in a similar role, ideally in a visual or creative B2B company

A recognised marketing qualification ideally in digital marketing

Able to demonstrate good copyrighting and visual design skills

Package

35-40k plus benefits

Permanent role, onsite, near Oxford

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 35,000.00-40,000.00 per year
