We are now hiring for an exciting position at The Boiler Team. We are looking for an experienced Digital & Social Media Marketing Manager to oversee all our marketing efforts. We pride ourselves on staying ahead of the curve, so creativity is key within this role.

As the future of renewable energy is fast approaching, we are working with Worcester Bosch to help bring new Hybrid Heat Pump / Oil / LPG & Gas systems to the private domestic home heating market. We will be able to offer our customers a more carbon reductive energy solution for their home heating using new technologies.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Overseeing all online and offline marketing activities within the business Creating regular marketing plans and strategies Analysing and tracking organic and paid efforts across all platforms Creating and scheduling social media posts across multiple platforms Updating and maintaining our websites. Optimising our website on a regular basis and implementing ongoing SEO Creating all signage and materials i.e brochures Managing and Optimizing Paid Social & PPC campaigns Lead tracking and analytics. Organising campaign launches and content filming Creating regular email campaigns for our subscribers. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement. Manage SEO efforts to optimise website content and improve search engine rankings. Create compelling copy for various marketing materials, including blogs, newsletters, and social media posts. Oversee Google Ads campaigns, ensuring effective targeting and budget management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Utilise WordPress for website updates and content management, ensuring a user-friendly experience. Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that inform marketing decisions. Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments. Manage time effectively to meet deadlines while juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Marketing / Website Building / SEO and PPC background. Excellent copywriting skills Able to use Adobe Creative Suite to a professional level Has experience with e-commerce Able to produce landing pages and knowledge of Google PPC campaign management. Passionate and willing to learn the industry. Able to work within a team. Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within a B2B environment. Strong command of English with exceptional writing and editing skills. Proficiency in SEO techniques and tools, along with experience in managing Google Ads campaigns. Familiarity with WordPress for website management is highly desirable. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen attention to detail.

As well as a competitive salary, a bonus scheme is in place for this position. Training in home heating and renewable technologies will be given.

Pay: 27,567.59-55,259.10 per year

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
