Summary
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at Keystone Knowledge. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing marketing strategies that promote our services to generate leads and enhance our brand presence within the education sector. Your contributions will directly impact our mission to support schools in delivering outstanding education.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy aligned with the Keystone group's growth objectives.
Balance short-term sales-driven campaigns with long-term brand-building activities
Analyse marketing performance metrics to refine strategies.
Plan, execute, and optimize tactical sales campaigns for multiple products across various platforms, including email, social media, and paid channels.
Effectively utilize email marketing strategies to drive web traffic and sales enquiries
Develop engaging digital content including blogs, case studies, newsletters and toolkits to drive engagement and maximise organic search
Manage Keystone's presence at industry events
Requirements
Proven experience in a marketing management role, preferably within the education sector.
Commercially focussed with an understanding of the marketing lead gen cycle
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as SEO, Google Ads, and content management systems like Joomla
Hands on, adaptable and independent with the ability to work collaboratively
