Cashmere Caveman Co, Wild Kitchens (CCCWK) was founded by Guy Ritchie and is home to the WildKitchen, WildTent, and WildTable. Combining Guy's love of fire, BBQ's and the great outdoors, these high-end, outdoor lifestyle products bring a brand-new way to cook, gather and eat outdoors. It is finally possible to enjoy al fresco dining all year round, within the world's first, fully-retractable canvas and hardwood WildTent, whilst cooking on the unique WildTable. The products have featured in Guy Ritchie's films and TV series including the recent and very successful The Gentlemen TV series on Netflix.
The company, which launched at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2021, has been through an extensive process of research and development, and is now looking to increase sales and production both in the UK, and to a wider international market. WildKitchens have already been sold to clients in USA, Mexico, Costa Rica, Saudi Arabia, Portugal and Italy.
The Role
CCCWK are looking for an experienced and proactive Marketing Manager to join the team. The Marketing Manager will play the key role in the marketing of all CCCWK products in the UK and abroad, while also supporting the rest of the small team to ensure smooth delivery and exceptional customer service for all orders. CCCWK products are high value and best in market, meaning the target audiences for these products are high net worth individuals or very successful corporates. Enquiries are currently generated through a number of channels and largely processed through the website.
The role will report to the General Manager with overall responsibility for executing the marketing strategy. This is a senior role within the organisation, and along with the Head of Sales & Client Services will support the General Manager on overall business strategy and health. The role is well suited to an ambitious individual who will thrive in a small business that is looking to scale, and the challenges and rewards that are associated with that process.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
General
Work with the General Manager to refine and execute the CCCWK Marketing Strategy to achieve KPIs
Agree annual marketing budgets for all activities with the General Manager
Creation of annual marketing and content calendars to take advantage of the best seasonal opportunities and identify key promotional moments
Look at opportunities to exhibit and demonstrate the product at appropriate events
Produce analysis and reporting to demonstrate key performance metrics of marketing campaigns and ROI
Manage all website domains
Digital Marketing
With the General Manager, commission a new CCCWK website and oversee the design, build and execution through to launch
Manage ongoing updates to website UX, content, copy and pricing
Review the relevance of each social media channel for the target audience and create a social media strategy accordingly
Using the marketing calendar, create and schedule both organic and paid social media posts in line with the strategy
Use insights and analytical tools to measure the engagement and performance of all digital marketing campaigns and refine based on results
Manage comments and direct messages on all social media channels
Identify and build partnerships with targeted influencers to promote products to a wider audience
Evaluate the requirement for and ROI of potential SEO and PPC campaigns and whether to manage in house or outsource to a third party agency
Implement a new CRM to capture all customer data including retrospective customer orders where possible
Look into the benefits of email marketing campaigns and blogs
Brand & Content
Refine and take ownership for the CCCWK Brand Guidelines (this will include a refresh with support from an external agency), with overall responsibility for brand guardianship
Work with third party content creators to shoot and edit still and video content for use across all marketing and sales channels
Ensure all marketing content, assets and company collateral are in keeping with brand guidelines and focus on the identified product USPs
Support with design and asset creation across the business
Capitalise on the multitude of PR opportunities that flow from the wider group and owners activities
Produce adverts and editorial for any agreed advertising
Support the Head of Sales & Client Services to create and update sales assets, product information and documents
Sales Support
Support the Head of Sales & Client Services to process all sales enquiries through the website and by phone
Support the Head of Sales & Client Services to process offline payments for confirmed sales through Square or via Bank Transfer
Support the Head of Sales & Client Services and Office Assistant to answer the main company phone and direct queries appropriately
From time to time, represent the Company at trade shows, networking events and exhibitions
Skills & Attributes
Essential Skills
4+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally both in the UK and internationally
Experience in creating and executing a marketing strategy, including digital and traditional marketing channels
High level design skills using Adobe Suite for creating and editing marketing content including video
An understanding of commissioning content creation, both imagery and video, within brand guidelines
2+ years of social media management experience, including design and copywriting
A valid passport for international travel
Desirable Skills
Experience in managing and updating websites
Email marketing experience
CRM management experience
An understanding of influencer marketing and how to engage and manage social media influencers

Working Hours
Basic daily hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm
Flexibility will be required for promotional events or any international travel
Benefits
Annual leave is 20 days per annum, plus Bank Holidays
At the discretion of the General Manager, the office is also closed between Christmas and New Year which is not deducted from annual leave
Some ability to hybrid work from home for one or two days per week
Free WildTable for use at home (there will be some BIK to pay)
