We're looking for a hands-on Marketing manager who's as passionate about horses as they are about hitting KPIs. Someone who can balance strategic thinking with creative execution. Someone who can lead a team and still roll up their sleeves.

Based at our HQ in Barnstaple, North Devon, you'll work closely with the founders and E-commerce lead to help build and elevate both EQUIDRY and Drywalks, two premium outerwear brands growing rapidly in the UK and beyond.

The Role



As marketing manager you'll play a

pivotal role

in shaping how we show up in the world. This is a

hands-on, strategic leadership position

for someone who's equal parts data-driven and brand-savvy. You'll oversee everything from digital campaigns and content creation to product launches, team management, and performance reporting while keeping our unique tone and identity at the heart of it all.

You'll oversee

all marketing activity

across both brands from digital and PR to trade events and wholesale support while leading a growing team and supporting big picture business development.

It's a varied role with lots of autonomy, and you'll need a strong understanding of the equestrian market to really hit the ground running. You'll report directly to the Heads of eCommerce and marketing and lead a small in-house team. To develop and execute a best-in-class marketing strategy that drives traffic, grows our audience, and turns interest into action all while keeping our customers at the heart of everything we do.

What You'll Do



Strategy & Leadership



Lead the planning, execution and optimisation of full-funnel marketing campaigns Own and deliver go-to-market strategies for new products and seasonal launches Align marketing activity with our eCommerce calendar and sales targets Define KPIs, measure performance, and make informed, data-driven decisions Build and lead a high-performing, collaborative, and creative in-house team

Performance Marketing



Create, manage and optimise paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display), TikTok, and YouTube Analyse campaign results and constantly test new ad formats, creatives, and landing pages to drive down CPAs and increase ROAS Allocate and manage budgets to maximise efficiency and effectiveness

Content, Branding & Comms



Own the brand voice and visual identity across all platforms Oversee the creation of content across web, email, print, blogs, and socials Create high-performing ad assets (photos, videos, reels, UGC, influencer content) Plan, brief and produce photography and videography for product launches and campaigns Protect and elevate the EQUIDRY and Drywalks brands across every touchpoint

Product & Campaign Marketing



Drive marketing strategies for new product launches from pre-launch teasers to post-launch momentum Collaborate with product and eCommerce team members to ensure messaging, timing, and visuals are aligned Build and oversee promotional and seasonal campaigns that support both DTC and wholesale sales

SEO, Analytics & Optimisation



Oversee ongoing SEO improvements across both Shopify stores Use GA4, Meta, and TikTok analytics to drive campaign insights Monitor funnel performance and conversion rates to identify growth opportunities

Wholesale & Trade Marketing



Support wholesale growth with tailored marketing plans and POS solutions Collaborate with the BDM to support stockists with promotional materials, launch toolkits, and joint campaigns

What You'll Bring



3+ years in a senior marketing role in a product-based or multi-site brand Proven experience running performance marketing campaigns with both small and large budgets Solid understanding of digital platforms: Meta, Google, SEO, Klaviyo, TikTok, Shopify Strong creative judgement - you know what good content looks like and how to brief it A passion for product, storytelling and building community-driven brands A data-first mindset, with the ability to analyse results and pivot quickly Experience in leading and scaling a marketing team Outstanding project management and leadership skills
Bonus if you've worked in the equestrian, pet, sport or outdoor industries and you understand the lifestyle of our customers.
