Job Title: Creative Digital Marketing & Online Business Manager

Location: Barnstaple, North Devon

Type: Permanent, Part-Time

Hours: 20-30 hours per week

Salary: 14,000 - 25,000 per annum dependant on experience and confirmed hours

Start: July 2025

About This Role

This is perfect for an entrepreneurial self-starter who can switch from mapping a revenue-driving campaign to rolling up their sleeves on the cafe floor in a time of need for content gold - and loves every minute of the variety.



Spot a content opportunity at 9 am, storyboard it by 11 am, film it at 2 pm and have it live (with a CTA) by 5 pm. Jump from designing a launch graphic in Canva to analysing campaign metrics in Go High Level without missing a beat. Treat every task like it's yourbusiness - because here, your ideas genuinely shape growth and profit.

I'm looking for someone locally based who's ready to roll up their sleeves and work

with me in person

to bring ideas, offers, events and campaigns to life across our venues. This is a dynamic and highly creative role that blends marketing, digital operations, design, and systems building - all wrapped into one.

You'll work closely with me and my team to make sure every campaign, piece of content and customer experience feels aligned, impactful, and world-class. You don't need to be plant-based or a health expert, but you do need to care about this space and take pride in being part of something meaningful.

Location & Work Structure

This is primarily an

in-person role

based across our sites in

Barnstaple

and surrounding areas.
You'll spend most of your time working onsite - collaborating directly with me and the wider team.
Some remote work is possible for the right candidate, especially on focused digital tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution



Build out marketing timelines, campaign plans and seasonal launch calendars across all brands Manage the build and delivery of email campaigns, funnels, and automations using Go High Level Help execute marketing efforts for events, workshops, offers and launches Track content performance, website traffic and email metrics, and report on trends

Social Media & Content Planning



Plan, create and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook. TikTok, X, LinkedIn and email Repurpose content from videos, workshops or live events into digital assets (reels, carousels, email copy) Respond to comments and DMs on social platforms in a warm, aligned tone Monitor trends and adjust content strategy to stay ahead

Design & Visual Branding



Use Canva Pro to create consistent, beautiful, on-brand content for digital and print Design assets such as launch graphics, menus, carousels, email headers, PDFs and signage Help maintain visual consistency across brands and platforms

Website, Blog & CRM



Update website content and blog posts (SquareSpace and/or Go High Level) Manage Google Business listings and local SEO updates Create lead capture flows, landing pages, opt-ins and event sign-ups Organise digital assets and client content for easy access and reuse

Operations & Team Collaboration



Join weekly planning sessions with Lauren Work collaboratively with our team members across the cafe, wellness centre and events Coordinate and help run live events (set-up, marketing follow-up, client experience) Take initiative on streamlining systems and improving how things run day to day

and love the idea of being part of a high-performing, purpose-driven team Are confident creating content, campaigns and communications from scratch Have a sharp eye for design and pride yourself on quality, clarity and visual impact Understand social platforms and how to turn content into engagement and results Have experience using Canva and ideally Go High Level (or similar digital marketing tools & willing to learn) Are proactive, organised and can manage multiple projects without dropping the detail Want to grow with a business that's doing real work, with real people, and big vision Enjoy both working independently and being in collaborative spaces where things are happening
Bonus If You Also Have...

Experience with video editing (Edits, CapCut or Canva) Knowledge of Squarespace, Go High Level or CRM email systems Confidence to assist running community events or in-person workshops A love for holistic health, community-building, purpose led business and creative marketing
Role Details

Part-time: 20-30 hours/week

Mostly in-person across Barnstaple and local venues (some remote work available) Ideally available to work flexibly across cafe hours, event prep or retreat campaigns Start Date:

July 2025

Pay: Based on experience - discussed at interview

Pay: 22,000.00-26,500.00 per year
