This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in B2B marketing who wants to make a real difference in a thriving business.
It would suit someone who is articulate, well organised, has a positive can-do personality and puts team results ahead of their own. Familiarity with Software as a Service and/or the hospitality sector would be an advantage.
HGEM is the leader in its field, working with many well-known hospitality businesses for over 20 years to help them measure and improve their operation through the use of data and insights gained from feedback sites, reviews and mystery guest audits. HGEM has two main audiences: about 1,000 multi-site hospitality businesses (B2B) and a large network of mystery guests (B2C). The main purpose of the Marketing Manager role is to interpret marketing strategy and manage activities that build the visibility, reputation and success of the HGEM brand in each of its audiences.
We nurture a positive working environment where you will have a real opportunity to get involved in transformative projects and be part of a friendly team.
