Overview


We're a small, dynamic team looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our marketing strategy and execution. With a lean internal marketing team, currently just one full time and one part-time staff member -- this role is a critical leadership position responsible for driving all aspects of our marketing efforts.

You'll be stepping into the shoes of our current full-time marketer, becoming the go-to person for planning, implementing, and optimising multi-channel marketing campaigns. You'll also coordinate with two trusted external consultants: one handling SEO/PPC and the other managing our website development and performance.

This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact, shape brand strategy, and execute campaigns end-to-end in a collaborative and agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Marketing Strategy & Planning:

Develop and execute our overall marketing plan aligned with business goals.

Campaign Management:

Own and deliver digital and offline campaigns across email, content, paid media, social, and more.

Brand Stewardship:

Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms and materials.

Content Creation & Management:

Write and manage engaging content for website, blogs, social, and newsletters.

Data & Analytics:

Monitor performance metrics, track ROI, and adjust strategies as needed. Others to include ROAS, CTR, CPC, campaign conversion rate, keyword performance and Ad Copy effectiveness.

Collaboration with Consultants:

Manage and brief SEO/PPC and web development consultants to ensure seamless execution.

Stakeholder Communication:

Regularly update internal stakeholders on marketing performance, plans, and priorities.

Budget Management:

Manage and allocate the marketing budget efficiently.

What We're Looking For:



Proven experience (3+ years) in a generalist marketing role, ideally in a small or startup environment. Strong writing, editing, and communication skills. Experience managing campaigns across various digital platforms. Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, CRM/marketing automation software, and CMS platforms. Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-moving, resource-light environment. Comfortable managing external agencies or contractors. Proven experience managing PPC accounts and a solid understanding of SEO, so we can rely on your expertise when collaborating with our external team. Strong graphic design skills with the ability to confidently create email campaigns, brochures, and other marketing materials
