The Linen house (Sweet Afton/Franklins/Perch & Ritas) seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Marketing, project management, and leadership, with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies. This role requires excellent time management skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. The role does require some evening shifts and weekend availability.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content, including copywriting for various platforms such as websites, social media, and promotional materials.
Utilise WordPress to manage website content updates and improvements, ensuring an optimal user experience
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to inform future strategies.
Maintain an organised approach to project management, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Work with the Management Team and the Marketing Team to drive the business forward.
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving common goals.
Proficiency in project management methodologies, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Exceptional time management skills, capable of prioritising tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication skills across all levels of the organisation.
Experience using WordPress or similar content management systems is preferred.
