.At The Hive, we're here to give young people aged 8-19 (and up to 25 for those with additional needs) somewhere to go, something to do, and someone to talk to. Our vibrant, purpose-built Youth Zone is packed with opportunities from sports and music to mentoring, arts, and cooking all designed to help young people build confidence and discover what they're capable of.

About the role

You'll be at the heart of our mission raising awareness of The Hive across Wirral and beyond. From creative social campaigns and fundraising promotions to community events and storytelling, you'll make sure everyone knows about the amazing work happening here.Working closely with our Head of Fundraising, you'll:

Deliver our marketing and communications strategy. Create high-quality, engaging content for social media, newsletters, and our website. Lead on online fundraising campaigns and promote new initiatives like our Hive Lottery. Champion The Hive brand and help showcase the incredible achievements of young people.

What we're looking for:

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

Experience in marketing, communications, or digital media. Strong writing and design skills. A creative, hands-on approach and great attention to detail. The ability to connect with different audiences from young people to partners and donors.
