Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for crafting and executing Visit's marketing strategy, refining brand positioning, developing marketing materials, and overseeing PR activities. This role will involve close collaboration with Product management, and sales teams to understand the competitive landscape, buyer behaviour, and key decision-making criteria. The Marketing Manager will lead marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition, retention, and overall business growth.

What will you do?
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Brand Positioning:
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with Visit's business goals.
Reposition Visit in the market to strengthen brand awareness and differentiation.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis:
Analyze the competitive landscape to understand market trends, competitor positioning, and industry shifts.
Conduct research to identify target buyers, their purchasing behavior, and key decision-making factors.
Translate insights into actionable marketing and sales strategies
Product Messaging & Buyer Persona Development:
Work closely with product management to craft compelling messaging that resonates with target buyers.
Document and analyze the buyer's journey, identifying key touchpoints and information sources.
Implement findings into marketing and sales processes to enhance customer engagement.
Marketing Planning & Execution:
Develop and oversee the execution of marketing plans, including key activities, campaigns, and budget allocation.
Ensure marketing initiatives drive both customer retention and new customer acquisition.
Assess and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs, optimizing strategies as needed.
Product Launches & Campaigns:
Plan and execute product launches and feature releases, coordinating cross-functional teams for smooth implementation.
Develop and manage go-to-market strategies that align with business objectives.
Sales Enablement & Support:
Collaborate with sales teams to provide training, tools, and collateral to enhance their effectiveness.
Develop sales materials, including case studies, presentations, and product guides.
Ensure sales teams understand buyer challenges and how Visit's solutions address them.
Content Development & PR Activities:
Create engaging product content such as case studies, blog posts, videos, and website copy.
Manage PR efforts to enhance Visit's brand visibility and industry presence.
Work with external agencies and partners to execute campaigns and media outreach.
