The Role
We are seeking a
Marketing Manager
to lead the planning and delivery of our marketing initiatives and client engagement strategy. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional with strong analytical and organisational skills who enjoys combining strategic planning with marketing innovation.
You will oversee campaign management, develop partnerships, and support the company's growth across both administrative services and educational support offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market and financial analysis to identify growth opportunities and improve business performance.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our administrative and educational support services
Collaborate with senior leadership of the company to design campaigns that highlight operational efficiency, compliance, and quality improvement services.
Create and manage marketing budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
Lead client engagement and partnership initiatives with educational institutions, training providers, and corporate clients.
Oversee branding, content creation, and digital communication platforms.
Support internal projects that align business operations with regulatory and compliance standards.
Work flexible hours when required to engage with partners and clients across different geographical locations and time zones.
About You
Proven professional experience in
financial management, compliance, or business operations
, ideally within banking, finance, or service industries.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into marketing and business growth strategies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Degree or postgraduate qualification in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related discipline (MBA or MSc preferred).
Confident using data tools such as Excel, Power BI, and CRM platforms.
