Job Description

We are looking for an organised, confident and capable professional to manage our marketing team and all aspects of the marketing of our products and services at OPICO and Stocks Ag.

General Marketing Responsibilities



Take direction from the MD and work with the OPICO and Stocks commercial teams to promote the brands and the wide range of products in their respective markets. Oversee and manage a graphic designer and liaise with a shared administrator. Budgeting responsibility for the marketing department overheads and marketing spend for Stocks and OPICO. Working with the Commercial team to produce price lists and annual sales and marketing plans for the various brands. Organisation and management of exhibition stands at major shows with the help of the wider team, show attendance as required. Manage, write and coordinate PR activities and internal/external communications.

Digital Marketing Responsibilities



Management of social media across all brands Keeping the websites up to date Written digital marketing communications - emails, social copy, web content Paid promotional campaigns across social media

Key skills:



A sound knowledge of UK agriculture and agricultural practices. A competent knowledge of all marketing practices and brand management. Strong communication skills and excellent use of the English language - verbal and written. Conversant and competent with the full Microsoft Suite. Knowledge of other digital marketing software A competent knowledge of CRM discipline and web/digital marketing tools and strategy. Accuracy and attention to detail. Strong understanding of SEO Experience with Google Analytics and data analysis Basic photo and video editing skills Have experience of using a web content management system
