We're looking for a sharp, results-driven Marketing Manager who knows how to actually move the needle. If you've got hands-on experience running TikTok, Meta, and Google Ads campaigns, building landing pages that convert, and you know your way around SEO and analytics - keep reading.
This isn't about managing tasks - it's about driving growth. You'll be leading campaigns, owning performance, and making sure our clients get the kind of results that keep them coming back.
What You'll Be Doing
Building and executing high-performing marketing strategies that drive traffic, leads, and brand growth.
Running paid campaigns across TikTok, Meta, and Google Ads with a focus on ROI and scale.
Creating and optimising landing pages that are built to convert.
Managing email marketing flows with smart segmentation and engaging content.
Conducting SEO audits and implementing changes to improve rankings and visibility.
Using Adobe Creative Suite (or your weapon of choice) to design assets that get attention.
Reporting on campaign performance, pulling insights, and making smart decisions fast.
Collaborating across teams to keep messaging aligned and consistent.
Staying on top of marketing trends, tech, and tools - and actually using them to our advantage.
What We're Looking For
Solid experience in a marketing management or performance marketing role.
Confidence with TikTok, Meta, and Google Ads platforms.
Good working knowledge of landing page builders (Webflow, WordPress, etc.)
Strong SEO understanding and ability to make technical and on-page improvements.
Tech-savvy and comfortable working across tools, platforms, and analytics dashboards.
Skilled with Adobe Creative Suite, Excel, and project management tools.
Great communicator - written, verbal, and visual.
Hyper-organised with strong time management (because chaos isn't our strategy).
Bonus if you've worked in an agency or fast-paced digital environment.
