EPS Ltd is a family-run property maintenance company based in Bristol, covering the South West and Wales. We're an ambitious business entering a period of growth, and we see this role as a key part of that journey.
We're looking for a creative, proactive, and hands-on Marketing Manager to join us part-time and help shape our marketing and brand presence.
Responsibilities:
Manage and grow our social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Keep our website updated and SEO-optimised
Oversee paid advertising (Google Ads, social media campaigns)
Create visual marketing materials (e.g., van designs, uniforms, case studies)
Design and produce engaging content using tools like Canva or Adobe
Support lead generation and identify new business opportunities
What we're looking for:
Experience in a marketing, digital content, or design role
Confident with social media management, SEO, and online advertising
Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar)
Excellent communication and time management skills
Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
Ability to work both remotely and from our office in Longwell Green, Bristol when required
