As a Marketing Manager, you'll engage with multiple departments and stakeholders to shape and deliver strategic marketing programs that directly influence customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Your role will include day-to-day activities such as planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, analysing campaign performance, managing our exhibition presence, and continuously identifying ways to generate more qualified leads.

What you'll be doing:
Demand Generation:
Own the creation and execution of targeted demand generation campaigns aligned to the lead buyer journey and lifecycle.
Develop compelling assets and collateral to support new business acquisition, including email, web, and advertising content.
Contribute to website content and conversion rate optimisation to maximise inbound lead performance.
Own the planning, production, and execution of paid search (PPC) and paid display advertising initiatives.
Brand & Marketing Communications (Marcom):
Collaborate on social media activity, media / PR campaigns, and customer lifecycle communications.
Collaborate on retention and win-back campaigns targeting existing customers.
Collaborate to create and deliver brand-focused assets and campaigns that support both acquisition and retention strategies.
Events:
Own the organisation and execution of physical and digital events, including exhibitions and webinars.
Own event marketing campaigns, content development, and supporting collateral to ensure a consistent brand presence.
Customer Success Enablement:
Work with internal teams to plan and deliver customer training webinars and related support materials.
Produce marketing assets that enhance customer engagement, onboarding, and long-term success.
Business Development Support:
Partner with sales to identify and produce marketing assets and sales enablement tools for new business activities.
Develop and support the delivery of sales webinars targeting prospective customers.
Product & Development Collaboration:
Contribute to the execution of customer engagement campaigns and events led by the Product and Development teams, ensuring consistent messaging and value delivery.
Data, Reporting & Analysis:
Maintain a solid understanding of marketing and commercial performance metrics.
Regularly contribute to reporting activities and use data insights to inform campaign strategy and optimisation.
Management:
Pro-actively contribute as part of the business management team, working with board members, contemporaries and team members to support the business strategy and goals.

Previous experience of working at a management level and taking accountability of the marketing and demand generation remit.
Previous experience in marketing, campaign management, or demand generation roles.

Ability to adapt communication styles to different audiences' technical understanding.
Experience with CRM and email software (Zoho preferred, but not essential).
Experience in Google, Microsoft and LinkedIn advertising.

Required
Campaign & Channel Marketing:
Proven experience in planning, creating, and managing demand generation, brand, event, product, and sales support marketing campaigns.
Track record of delivering new business and existing customer marketing activity aligned to commercial goals.
Paid Advertising:
Hands-on experience in managing digital advertising across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta (Facebook) Advertising, LinkedIn Advertising, Third-party media platforms (e.g., print and digital publications).
Event Marketing:
Skilled in the planning, coordination, and on-the-ground delivery of face-to-face events (e.g., national care exhibitions) and remote events (e.g., webinars, virtual demos).
Social Media Marketing:
Experience in creating and managing social engagement campaigns on Facebook and LinkedIn.
Interacting with social media followers to increase reach and brand engagement.
Product Marketing:
Developed and delivered go-to-market strategies for new products and features.
Supported ongoing product marketing to drive awareness, adoption, and user education.
Public Relations (PR):
Experience in managing PR outreach, engagement, and media opportunities.
Worked with third-party agencies and platforms to identify and execute PR campaigns.
Data & Reporting:
Confident in reviewing and interpreting marketing data to improve customer experience and campaign performance.
Familiar with data workflow tools such as Zapier to automate and streamline processes.
Content Creation:
Strong content creation background, including marketing content (email campaigns, social media, website copy), customer support and sales enablement collateral (brochures, pitch decks, one-pagers), and product lifecycle content.
Project & Process Management:
Experienced in leading marketing projects, managing timelines, and coordinating across functions.
Skilled in drafting and issuing project briefs, and collaborating with design / creative teams to fulfil marketing needs.
Software & Tools:
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Proficient in marketing software and tools.
Experience working with AI tools to enhance marketing efficiency and creativity.
Preferred, but not essential when starting:
Industry Experience:
Experience of working for a Software as a Service (SaaS) business.
Experience of working for a healthcare software business.
Management:
Experience of managing a marketing focussed (or similar remit) team.
Experience of managing day-to-day team workloads.
Experience of staff management, ensuring adequate levels of resource are available and applied when required.
Experience of mentoring and training team members.
Experience of fulfilling human resource (HR) processes and requirements, including but not limited to staff appraisals, probationary reviews, and performance management and monitoring.
Experience of involvement in recruiting marketing (or similar) staff.
Experience in identifying resource requirements and the creation of business cases to support these.
Experience of managing and improving staff processes and workflows to improve efficiency and results.
Content strategy:
Experience of contributing towards and defining a content marketing strategy.
Experience of contributing towards and defining the brand content guidelines, including tone of voice.
Audible Content Experience:
Experience of audible content creation and associated processes.
Experience of creating scripts for audible content.
Visual Content Experience:
Experience of visual content creation and associated processes.
Search Marketing Experience:
Experience of utilising and including search engine optimisation best practices within content creation.
Software:
Experience of working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
