We are looking for a hands on and creative Marketing Manager to lead the development and build the awareness of our premium brand through delivery of high-impact marketing campaigns across our retail, B2B and interior design services.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a design-led organisation that's redefining how interior design underpins the sales and delivery of our stylish products and services.

This role is ideally suited to a hands-on experienced marketing managing who is looking for a part-time role within a professional team of design consultants where making a difference really counts.

If you have a natural interest in interior design, premium brands, stunning properties and a passion for working with beautiful fabrics, colours and textiles, all on a part time basis then this role might be for you.

Contract: PART TIME

Location: Hybrid - mix of remote working and company sites across the southwest and south wales

Reporting to: Managing Director

What You'll Do

Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with business goals

Directly manage multi-channel campaigns across digital, print, and event platforms

Shape and uphold brand messaging and visual consistency across all touchpoints

Deliver content strategy, including web, newsletters, case studies, and social media

Contribute to digital marketing strategy (SEO, PPC, email, social) and performance analytics

Support internal communications and employer branding

Enable lead generation journeys and equip design & sales teams with impactful materials

What We're Looking For

Proven marketing experience in premium products and brands in the home and interior design sector

Strong skills in digital strategy, storytelling, and content creation

Confident leading cross-channel campaigns and liaising with remote teams

Excellent communication and project management skills

Passionate about customer engagement and loyalty
