As an Integrated Marketing Manager, you will bring our brands to life by crafting memorable, consistent, and ownable integrated marketing campaigns that disrupt customers at every touchpoint. You will work alongside the Head of Integrated Marketing to develop and manage an 18-month Brand Communications Plan and execute short and medium-term marketing plans.

Qualifications

As Integrated Marketing Manager, you will...

Create and manage the annual marketing activation plan and communications calendar, ensuring campaigns land on time and on budget. Develop compelling and relevant marketing communication campaigns in partnership with creative agencies and owned channels centres of excellence. Manage the full Marketing Comms Mix, including BAU and campaign-led activity. Track and manage the marketing budget, including creative development, photography, production, and media. Be the voice of the customer, using insights to influence the marketing strategy and offer development.

What you'll bring...

Strong marketing communications knowledge and experience, not necessarily within Hospitality & Leisure. A genuine passion for the guest experience across the hospitality and leisure industry. Numerate and analytical skills, comfortable with financial and research data. Ability to work with and manage external stakeholders, creative agencies, and suppliers. Campaign management experience across digital, social, and print channels.
