Marketing Manager
to champion our brand, enhance engagement, and help shape the next chapter of our story.
The Role - Based at our Head Office in Stowlangtoft
As our Marketing Manager, you will be a brand guardian and strategic communicator, leading multi-channel marketing efforts that reflect the individuality of each home while also elevating our broader presence in the care sector. Working closely with Home Management Teams and the Admissions Team, you'll deliver impactful, localised campaigns and drive key initiatives from increasing occupancy to supporting new home launches.
Key Responsibilities
Redevelop and design a new company website (WordPress), ensuring content is current, engaging, and optimised for SEO
Create and curate blog content that supports search engine visibility and showcases life within our homes
Plan, develop, and execute paid social media campaigns with a focus on high-quality, targeted content and ROI
Analyse campaign performance and engagement metrics, using insights to refine strategy and report outcomes
Collaborate with the Admissions and Home Management Teams to deliver localised marketing initiatives
Oversee marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources
Act as custodian of the brand, ensuring consistency across all channels and materials
Support internal communication efforts that celebrate staff, share updates, and promote company values
Utilise CRM platforms to manage campaigns and stakeholder communication effectively
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in a similar marketing role, ideally within the care or health sector
Proficiency in WordPress, SEO best practices, CRM tools, and paid social media advertising
Exceptional copywriting and content creation skills with an eye for storytelling and detail
A strategic mindset paired with hands-on delivery and project management skills
A collaborative, people-focused approach with the ability to work across departments
Passion for purpose-driven work and a genuine interest in making a positive impact
