We are seeking a full-time, commercially minded, Marketing Manager to own and lead the development of our strategy, brand, drive both external and internal marketing efforts, establish a strong lead-generation strategy from the ground up and provide a measurable return on investment.
A key focus of this role will be the imminent launch and growth of our new Service Assurance Platform - a unique service designed to streamline our clients' internal IT operations and compliance while offering essential monitoring and protection for vulnerable adults and children based in assisted living and special needs education.
In addition you will be managing an existing Data Analyst to ensure prospect and client data remains clean and a proposed new Brand Ambassador, responsible for establishing strategic connections, facilitating discussions, and identifying funding opportunities with National Service Providers, Local Authorities, Central Government, and key care regulatory bodies such as the CQC and Inspectorate.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a marketing and lead generation strategy against agreed budgets with a clear ROI.
Manage two team members and grow the team as needed.
Collaborate with external partners for web development and graphic design.
Manage the current website and support the creation of future new web sites.
Establish a strong national digital presence, primarily on LinkedIn.
Create a high-quality, glossy, quarterly IT newsletter for clients and prospects.
Assist in the planning and execution of a national seminar program.
Provide support at third-party exhibitions and speaking events.
Oversee the marketing, execution, and follow-up for major exhibitions at the NEC and London Excel.
Manage press releases and PR with UK Care Publications, as well as local news and business magazines.
Work with third-party technology vendors, such as Microsoft, on joint campaigns.
Identify, track, and manage third-party marketing funds.
Strengthen internal branding and well-being initiatives.
Support regional and national awards ceremonies.
Facilitate client sponsorship opportunities and client focused awards events.
Oversee the creation of case studies, white papers and video content with third-party providers.
Develop standardised documentation and client communication templates.
Implement, configure, and manage our CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics CRM).
Assist in qualifying and following up on business opportunities.
Produce weekly ROI, reporting and dashboarding.
About You:
Proven B2B marketing experience in a complex, regulated industry.
Comfortable working at a national level with enterprise-sized organisations.
Skilled in targeting multiple key contacts within each organisation.
Proficient in managing both digital, in-person and traditional marketing strategies.
Able to coordinate multiple third-party providers in marketing execution.
Proactive in identifying and promoting positive stories from the team.
Willing to challenge ideas and explore campaign opportunities based on key insights.
Capable of transforming single news items into cohesive, strategic campaigns.
Able to monitor Social Care and Technology trends and build supporting wrap around campaigns.
Experienced in building and recruiting a team to support marketing objectives.
Able to align marketing strategy with a measurable ROI.
Understands that the marketing journey ultimately drives lead generation.
Background in marketing for Social Care, Social Impact Charities, or Special Needs Education is advantageous.

After your initial induction, subject to agreement, we operate a hybrid working environment typically based on one day in the King's Lynn office and four days working from home. You may be required to attend the office on additional days for special events.
