Overview

Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement. Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media, and digital advertising. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, utilising insights to inform strategy. Manage SEO initiatives to improve website visibility and search rankings. Lead project management efforts for marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and sales, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding. Mentor and lead the marketing team, fostering an environment of creativity and professional growth. Analyse campaign performance metrics and prepare reports for stakeholders to demonstrate effectiveness and ROI.

Experience

Proven experience in a marketing management role with a strong understanding of B2B marketing principles. Demonstrated expertise in SEO best practices and email marketing strategies. Excellent command of English with strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in office software applications and project management tools. Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals. Familiarity with IT concepts as they relate to digital marketing is advantageous.
