We are looking for a driven Marketing Manager to drive end-to-end campaigns, working closely with our fee earners across the business to drive revenue growth. This is a busy, varied, hands-on and rewarding role encompassing the full marketing mix, where you will be given the autonomy to run campaigns using on and offline channels.
This role will ideally be based within our
Cambridge
office with some flexible hybrid working. However we would also consider this role being based within our
London
office, but with at least once a week based onsite in the Cambridge office. Some travel for events and to other offices will occasionally be required (including but not limited to Oxford and Scotland).
What you'll be doing:
End-to-end project management of marketing campaigns, delivering on time and to budget.
Develop creative campaigns for brand awareness; lead generation; Account Based Marketing (ABM), etc.
Develop creative briefs and manage communication channels (email, socials, website, event platforms etc.); Review creative assets.
Collaborate with our communications specialists and external agencies to develop engaging and relevant content for various channels such as email marketing, website, video, podcasts, events, and social media.
On and offline event management from start to finish (including seminars, conferences, webinars, exhibitions, sponsored events, etc).
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for our fee earners.
Identify profile-raising opportunities for Bidwells and individuals, such as sponsorships and speaking opportunities.
Develop collateral that resonates with our clients and targets, aligned with our brand, our corporate messaging and core markets; Promote and police adherence to brand guidelines.
Manage marketing priorities, track results and share performance with leaders.
Analyse marketing performance metrics on the company's CRM (Hubspot) providing insights to make data-driven decisions. Continuously monitor and improve campaign performance to support lead generation.
Liaise and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Support and mentor more junior members of the marketing team.
About You:
For this exciting Marketing Manager role, we are ideally looking for:
Considerable experience in marketing and full end-to-end campaign management, with some direct experience of marketing in the Renewables Energy or Natural Capital sector.
Strong English copywriting skills are essential, with the ability to tailor messaging for different channels and audiences.
Extensive experience of both online and in-person event management including logistics.
Excellent email marketing and social media skills.
Experience of digital content and video production is preferable.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; able to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate across teams.
Strong project management, planning and organisational skills; able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office in particular Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Fast learner of new online tools and systems. Experience with Zoom/Teams webinars, CRM systems, website CMS, Canva and/or PlayPlay will be highly advantageous.
Educated to degree level or equivalent would be preferable.
