We're looking for a creative, driven and hands-on

Marketing Manager

to join the team at Sauce Interiors -- a fast-growing interior design and refurbishment business specialising in hotel and hospitality projects across the UK.

In this role, you'll lead all aspects of our digital and brand marketing, helping us grow our audience, strengthen relationships with existing clients, and showcase our work to the right people. You'll manage day-to-day content creation, social media, email campaigns, and broader brand strategy -- with the support of our directors and design team.

What You'll Be Doing

Creating and delivering engaging marketing strategies across digital platforms Planning, producing and scheduling creative content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other channels Writing impactful, on-brand copy across all channels Building and managing our social media presence, including engagement and DMs Overseeing email marketing and website content Tracking performance and analytics to drive strategy and improvements Building relationships with aligned influencers, partners and suppliers Supporting project case studies, photography, and tender marketing Helping build the Sauce Interiors brand and client community

You'll Have

A solid understanding of social media platforms (especially LinkedIn and Instagram) Experience in content creation -- including writing, editing, and using tools like Canva Strong copywriting skills, with a creative tone and attention to detail Good visual instincts and a passion for interiors, hospitality or design The ability to plan, prioritise and manage multiple projects at once Confidence communicating ideas with internal teams and external partners A proactive mindset and enthusiasm to grow with the business Previous marketing experience (ideally in a design, interiors, or hospitality setting)

: Primarily office-based (South Wales), with some flexibility for remote work

: Full-time preferred, but open to discussion
