About the Role
Are you a capable marketeer ready to take the reins and shape a regional marketing function?
As the
Regional Marketing Manager for the East Midlands
, you'll play a key role in delivering strategic, site-specific marketing campaigns that support lead generation and sales performance across the region. Working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, you'll report to the Regional Sales and Marketing Director, while also working closely with the Group Marketing Department to ensure brand alignment and maximise marketing effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver marketing activity for all live and upcoming developments in the region
Work closely with agency partners across PR, signage, social media, photography, media, digital, and advertising
Manage the rollout of all new site launches including brochures, signage, marketing suites, and showhomes
Develop and implement community engagement initiatives including sponsorships and charitable contributions
Create and manage site-specific marketing plans using data insights and local market intelligence
Monitor, measure, and continuously improve campaign performance
Oversee website updates and drive digital performance in partnership with the Group Digital Coordinator
Deliver and report on social, digital, and CRM campaigns as part of integrated activity
Track and manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring accurate spend and approvals
Proof and approve all marketing materials to ensure brand alignment and high quality
Align regional activity with Group-wide strategies and brand guidelines
Explore and implement new marketing initiatives to boost efficiency and effectiveness
Build strong relationships with Sales, Technical, agency partners, and internal stakeholders
Lead monthly marketing meetings and contribute to regional marketing calls and planning
Support site launches and regularly visit developments to monitor performance and provide input through Sales and Marketing Action Plans
What You'll Bring
Strong B2C marketing experience or a formal marketing qualification
Previous experience in a residential property or construction marketing role
Ability to plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels
Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress) and website best practices
Familiarity with Google Analytics and performance reporting
Strong data analysis skills and the ability to turn insight into action
Experience with e-marketing platforms (e.g. Spotler, Hubspot, Mailchimp)
Proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Google Docs, SharePoint, Canva
Confident communicator and presenter with great interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Proactive and adaptable with a keen eye for detail
An interest in the residential property or housebuilding industry
