You will be a dynamic Marketing professional, you will need to manage this function and get ideas, expertise and buy in with all the senior stakeholders and commercial team as collaboration is key. You will plan, execute, and deliver the companies route to market strategy with an emphasis on new client acquisition and sales lead generation.
Full responsibility for all written marketing collateral video, digital and print
Strategy and delivery, detailed analysis to direct the company's marketing strategy and marketing mix
Customer trend and market analysis, looking at the whole customer experience
Improving all aspects of the customer experience
Manage and coordinate brand strategy, responsible for UK marketing budget
Develop Marketing Strategy for existing customers with a view to growing these accounts, upselling and cross selling
Develop sales leads through innovative marketing and utilising digital formats
You will be an important contributor to the management Team, your work will impact all areas of the business
Use of 3rd party sites for lead generation and other specific marketing activity
Support the Group Marketing team with website content and translations
Responsibility for UK LinkedIn content, as well as playing an active role in Global content
Events management of exhibitions, conferences, in-house and partner open days
Periodic reporting to key stakeholders including the managing director of activities and return on investment
Campaign tracking through UTM links and relevant campaign codes
The Candidate:
Experienced marketing manager with a proven track record of developing marketing strategies
Dynamic, enthusiastic, and passionate about marketing
Ideally you may have worked for another manufacturing or industrial engineering company
Strong digital Marketing experience
Experience of working with CRM systems, Dynamics 365 is a bonus
Knowledge of SEO and PPC
A strong strategic thinker with exceptional ability to develop relationships with internal teams and corporate customers
You will have an eye for upselling / cross selling opportunities
You will have excellent communication skills and able to communicate to a wide variety of levels.
