Job Overview:



We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our Leadership team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and boost sales. This role requires a creative thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in marketing management.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Develop Marketing Strategies:



Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to both B2B and B2C markets. Create and implement marketing plans that align with company objectives. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. Develop targeted campaigns for various customer segments.

2. Manage Marketing Campaigns:



Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, social media, events, etc.). Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment and effectiveness. Monitor and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimise results.

3. Brand Management:



Ensure consistent brand messaging and identity across all marketing materials and channels. Develop and maintain brand guidelines to support cohesive communication efforts.

4. Content Creation:



Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing content, including blogs, newsletters, press releases, and social media posts. Ensure the marketing team, including graphic designers, copywriters, and other creatives, collaborate effectively to produce engaging content.

5. Digital Marketing:



Oversee the company's online presence, including website updates, SEO/SEM strategies, and social media platforms. Utilise data analytics to measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

6. Budget Management:



Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources. Track expenses and provide regular financial reports to senior management.

7. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):



Oversee the Implementation and management of CRM tools to enhance customer engagement and retention. Analyse customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

8. Event Planning:



Oversee the planning and execution of marketing events, such as product launches, trade shows, and promotional events. Coordinate logistics, vendor relationships, and event marketing efforts.

9. Team Leadership:



Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve department goals. Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Qualifications:



Education:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CIM) is a plus.

Experience:



Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing management. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies. Experience in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media, and content marketing.

Skills:



Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms).

Personal Attributes:



Highly organised with strong project management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.
