TekAlloy are looking for a commercially focused Marketing Manager to join a highly respected machinery dealership group.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced multi-channel marketer to step into a lead role within a well-established and growing business. You'll be responsible for both strategic and hands-on delivery of marketing activity across several key divisions, working closely with senior leadership and a small internal team.
The company operates under major dealer agreements and supplies high-end machinery solutions across a broad region, backed by comprehensive aftersales support. As Marketing Manager, you'll be central to driving visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement across sales, parts, and service operations.
This role would suit a proactive, results-driven marketing professional looking to take the lead across a wide range of campaigns and platforms in a fast-moving, commercial setting.
Duties:
Develop and deliver tactical marketing plans across digital and traditional channels
Lead a small marketing team and support their development
Manage website content, SEO, email campaigns, social media (organic and paid) and trade advertising
Collaborate with suppliers and sales teams to align messaging with seasonal promotions and stock availability
Plan and coordinate attendance at trade shows and events, including logistics and merchandise
Manage internal communications and maintain consistent branding across all materials
Conduct market research and customer surveys to inform campaigns and strategy
Maintain and segment CRM data for targeted activity
Monitor campaign performance, ROI and report insights to senior stakeholders
Control marketing spend and negotiate supplier contracts
What we're looking for:
Proven experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns
Background in Agriculture or Machinery fast-paced environments
Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
Excellent attention to detail, copy writing, and content creation abilities
Comfortable with data analysis, reporting and using insight to shape marketing activity
Holds a full UK driving licence and is open to regular travel across regional depots
