We're looking for a Junior Marketing Manager to join our team and support the delivery of marketing activity across our group of venues. This role is ideal for someone with a good foundation in marketing who's ready to take ownership of planning, coordinating, and executing campaigns.
Working closely with venue managers, our in-house Graphic Designer, in-house Social Media Manager, and the wider operations team, you'll bring our brands to life across Social Media, Email, Web and Print.

The Relish Group operated a collection of diverse hospitality venues across the Cotswolds - from stylish bistros and cafes to destination pubs and event spaces. We price ourselves on delivering memorable food, drink, and guest experiences, supported by creative and engaging marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Content Delivery
Plan and deliver marketing activity for multiple venues in line with seasonal campaigns and events
Liaise with the social media manager to coordinate content calendars and ensure alignment across all platforms
Work closely with the graphic design to brief and create engaging digital and print assets
Liaise with venue teams to gather content, promotions, and event information
Support the setup and monitoring of small-scale paid social and google campaigns where required.
Website & Digital Management
Update and maintain venue websites with current menus, promotions and events
Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and basic SEO best practices across all sites
Manage digital listings such a Google Business Profiles, TripAdvisor, and Third-Party Platforms
Support with online review management and response in collaboration with venue teams
Email & Database Marketing
Assist with marketing for venue events, launches and pop-ups
Coordinate photography and video content for campaigns and PR opportunities
Liaise with external press and PR companies to support media coverage and brand exposure
Collaborate with local suppliers, event partners, and media contacts to support collaborative promotions.
Brand & Print Marketing
Support venue teams with in-house marketing collateral such a poster, menus, table talkers, and digital screens
Liaise with the graphic designer and print suppliers for production and delivery of marketing materials
Ensure brand consistency across all visual and written communications
Reporting & Insights
Track campaign performance and social engagement, producing simply reports as required
Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to inform marketing ideas
Skills & Experience
1-3 years' experience in a marketing role, ideally within hospitality, food & drink, or leisure
Strong writing and communication skills
Confident using social media platforms and email marketing tools
Comfortable updating and maintaining website content across WordPress and Wix
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe and Canva
