. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of marketing and communications, from digital campaigns to content creation and event planning. This role plays a key part in enhancing our visibility, strengthening our reputation in the care consultancy sector, and driving engagement with providers, professionals, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a results-driven marketing strategy aligned with CCK's mission and growth objectives
Manage and grow the organisation's online presence, including the website, email campaigns, and social media platforms
Create engaging and relevant content including blogs, newsletters, service brochures, and case studies
Coordinate with the design and content team to produce promotional materials
Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns, monitor performance, and optimise for results
Work with senior leadership to design campaigns targeting new and existing clients in social care and education sectors
Support the launch of new services, training offers, and initiatives through integrated marketing efforts
Track, report, and analyse marketing performance metrics to guide continuous improvement
Organise and promote events, webinars, and networking opportunities representing CCK's brand and values
Requirements
Proven experience in marketing, communications, or digital strategy
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Mailchimp, and SEO
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills for both online and print media
Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
Strong creative thinking and attention to detail
A proactive, data-led approach to problem solving and campaign optimisation
Knowledge or experience in the care, consultancy, or not-for-profit sectors (preferred)
