We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. For full details read on....
Responsibilities
General

+ To drive the development and delivery of the marketing strategy + Build and maintain relationships with external agencies and internal teams
+ Manage the team to ensure effective working practices
+ Monitor and report on marketing performance and delivery against plan



Campaign & Creative Content

+ Development of content calendar and campaigns with team and against plan + Generation of creative campaign content with the in-house graphic designer and external suppliers



Online

+ Working with external agency to execute effective multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to engage with a B2B and B2C audiences + Creating email campaigns for B2B and B2C audiences
+ Manage digital team to deliver online advertising, social media, SEO and managing web content management system
+ Manage social media accounts and liaise with internal and external teams to ensure communications are delivered in line with plan



Offline

+ Lead annual literature creation and print requirements liaising with external suppliers to ensure cost effective, accurate and on time + Deliver and attend trade shows as required and help manage staff events
+ Ensure all marketing information is accurate, including copywriting and proof reading all promotional collateral prior to print
+ Work alongside sales to support trade customers in marketing communications, in-store POS and marketing campaigns
+ Work alongside the sales team to manage trade customer relationships and support in-store brand representation



More about you



+ Marketing experience 5+years, ideally coupled with a marketing qualification + Can do attitude and a desire to learn and be involved in all aspects of marketing
+ Strong understanding of social media, content creation and KPIs
+ Copy writing skills
+ Web CMS experience (desired not essential)
+ Experience of CRM ideally Klaviyo platform
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office with special attention to Excel
+ Creative thinking able to contribute to department ideation
+ Highly organised, process driven and have attention to detail.
+ Demonstrable customer-centric thinking
+ Self-motivated and enthusiastic approach to work
+ Ambitious, driven individual
+ Team player, able to work with multiple business functions to achieve objectives
