Elysium Group, based in Colchester, operates a number of high-end boutique bars and restaurants, with further openings in the pipeline. We are looking for an experienced Marketing and Events Manager to work within our Head Office in Colchester town. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a passion for the hospitality sector and have the flexibility required in working in such environments.
The successful candidate will manage the following:
Proactively deliver a creative and ongoing annual marketing strategy.
Oversee and manage all social and digital channels, including websites.
Create marketing materials, including posters, online communication, menus, promotions, seasonal launches, training materials etc.
Write, edit and proof-read sales copy for websites, emails, press releases and campaigns.
Respond to guest enquiries and manage guest communication.
Collect and disseminate data from reservation patterns and customer feedback.
Create, manage and actively publicise inhouse events and event hire.
Line management and support of in-house Reservations Manager
Experience in a similar role is essential. Experience in Adobe, WordPress and Mailchimp would be a distinct advantage. Degree level education in marketing/communication is desirable.
