Job Title: Marketing Manager

Job Summary





To develop and implement sales and marketing activity to drive sales and grow revenue, to manage the develop the Oldfield brand and grow loyalty and client engagement

Key Roles & Responsibilities:




Promotional marketing:




Develop and execute marketing strategies. Develop a brand story and content strategy. Develop messaging frameworks and campaigns. Responsible for the PR campaigns to assist in communication and crisis comms for clients and Oldfield. Oversee and assist in campaign execution, project management and stakeholder relationship within digital and print management.

Selling & Growth marketing




Develop lifecycle marketing and customer retention programs for lead generation. Assist in building client loyalty and long term relationships for account management team.

Product marketing




Develop GTM position, messaging and sales enablement. Ensure market research and insights are up to date and communicated. Build competitive intelligence frameworks for customer and competition analysis. Development of product training materials.

Digital marketing




Develop multi channel digital strategy and planning campaigns. Develop content marketing and SEO frameworks. Run paid campaigns, influencer partnership and analytics. Optimise adverts, budget allocation and bidding strategies. Manages segmentation, testing and automation. Analysis of data, campaigns and dashboard collation utilising AI and MarTech.

Other marketing activities




Assist in develop pricing strategies for products and campaigns in conjunction with the sales team. Manages marketing budget allocation and forecasts ROI. Responsible for the EVP (employee value proposition) internally and externally. Development of robust market research to support campaigns. Identify and support events for internal or external stakeholders.

People Management




Responsible for the line management of the team members to include recruitment, development and engagement.

Required Qualifications / Attributes:




Minimum of 5 years experience within a marketing team, ideally 2 within professional services. Experience and understand of managing suppliers and agencies across a range of design, print and digital marketing disciplines. Experience of people management. Strong project and campaign management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritise multiple projects via on and offline channels. Experience of working within CRM systems. Ability to work well within a small busy team. Confident marketer with an ability to persuade and influence at all levels. Copywriting, editing and proof-reading skills are essential. Self-sufficient, creative, with strong project management skills.
