About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join the Department for Enterprise on a 12-month maternity cover basis. This is a strategic leadership role at the heart of the Isle of Man's digital economy. You will be instrumental in delivering the marketing and communications strategy for Digital Isle of Man, working closely with the CEO, agency leadership, and key industry stakeholders.


Digital Isle of Man is responsible for driving the Island's vision as an internationally recognised, digitally ambitious jurisdiction. Over the next 12 months, the agency will be delivering a suite of high-impact initiatives under the 2025 Programme, including Activate AI, the Innovation Challenge, and the development of strategic digital infrastructure. Your work will directly support the growth and global visibility of the Island's digital sector.
