Novograf is a design-led company specialising in innovative solutions for brand transformation and architectural projects. We work with major clients across multiple sectors, delivering creative design, production, and installation services. We are now seeking a

Marketing Manager

to join our team. This is a key role for an experienced and digitally skilled marketer who can bring both creative and commercial expertise to help execute, and manage our marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and deliver integrated marketing activities and campaigns to promote Novograf's services and brand and to support the 5 years strategic plan. Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and return on investment. Oversee the planning and creation of marketing content across digital channels, including website, social media, and email. Use design tools such as

Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

or

Canva

to produce engaging, brand-consistent content. Collaborate with internal teams (design, sales, and production) to ensure marketing activities support wider business goals. Monitor, report on, and optimise the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations. Manage relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and stakeholders as required. Support business development activities through the creation of proposals, presentations, and case studies.

Skills & Experience



Proven experience as a Marketing Manager (or senior marketing role) with responsibility for planning, delivering, and reporting on campaigns.

Strong digital marketing skills

- social media management, SEO, analytics, paid advertising, and email marketing including use of

Hubspot and Google Analytics.

Budget management experience - able to forecast, track, and report effectively.

Design background

- ideally with previous experience in an architectural, creative, or design-led environment. Competent in

Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / InDesign

or

Canva

. Strong copywriting and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Commercially aware with the ability to link marketing activity to business outcomes.
