Role Purpose



The Marketing Manager is responsible for the global marketing campaign strategy for our Gas & LNG sub-segment. They will plan, implement, and evolve the marketing campaign strategy using performance data and insight to make continuous improvements and drive business growth.


To be successful in this role, you will enjoy working as part of a team, taking the lead and driving results from your campaigns. You must be comfortable following processes but also working in ambiguity and in a changing environment. We are looking for someone with solid experience in B2B marketing who's looking for their next challenge and opportunity to drive impact.


The Marketing Manager reports to the Marketing Director, Commodities, and will collaborate closely with the global marketing team to achieve goals.

Main Responsibilities



Develop and implement a marketing strategy to drive growth and achieve revenue targets, utilising customer and market insights to inform decision making Plan and execute marketing campaigns and tactics in line with the strategy, utilising the full marketing channel mix and martech stack Continuously analyse and evaluate marketing campaigns to improve performance and deliver on KPIs Act as the conduit to other Marketing functions such as events, product marketing, digital & content, and regional marketing to ensure global alignment on business priorities Manage a budget and deliver on ROI Effectively manage stakeholder relationships across sales, product, research and consulting, providing regular performance updates Work collaboratively with the global marketing team to maximise reach and performance of campaign activity and to share best practices

Experience, Knowledge & Behaviours



Previous experience in a B2B marketing manager role, and relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Experienced martech user (ideally you will have solid experience using Salesforce and Pardot) Sound knowledge of digital marketing practices and channels such as Google Analytics, SEO, PPC and social media In depth knowledge of marketing performance metrics and excellent ability to interpret trends and insights to drive decision making Excels at problem solving and approaching issues in multiple ways Strong communication skills - proven ability to influence Able to build and maintain effective relationships Performs well managing multiple priorities and working in a matrixed environment Strong customer focus, both internal and external Knowledge of the energy, renewables & commodity markets is an advantage
