Marketing Manager

to help us share our story, strengthen our brand, and expand our audiences.

The Role

This is a unique opportunity to shape and deliver a multi-channel marketing strategy across four key audiences:

Property owners

seeking property maintenance, renovation, or repair

Tradespeople

and in-home service providers looking for business growth

Landlords

requiring property management and letting support

Tenants

looking for homes not just accommodation
Working closely with the company owner, you'll design, implement, and measure marketing campaigns that bring measurable results and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver multimedia marketing plans (B2B & B2C). Manage and create content for all channels, including website (WordPress), social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), email (Mailchimp), and print. Draft clear, engaging customer communications tailored to specific audiences. Monitor and analyse campaign performance to produce actionable insights that improve reach, conversion and ROI. Support brand consistency and visibility across online and offline platforms.

About You

We're looking for a creative, results-driven marketer who understands the value of data as much as storytelling.

Essential Skills & Experience

Excellent written English with proven experience creating customer-facing content. Experience with WordPress, Mailchimp, social media platforms, and PPC campaigns. Strong analytical skills, comfortable handling data to inform decisions. Ability to think creatively while delivering measurable outcomes. Confident using Microsoft Office applications. Marketing or Advertising qualification (or equivalent experience).

Desirable

Experience marketing within property, trades, or home services sectors. Knowledge of Edinburgh's local property market.

Salary & Benefits / Employment Basis
