To develop the UK Marketing strategy and GTM activation for Etail in-line with the Global Marketing strategy and NPD/Seasonal calendar, to drive UK market/channel KPI's. This role will bring to life major marketing campaigns that deliver a cohesive business plan and innovative digital/social-first marketing initiatives, to deliver incremental brand exposure, acquire and re-engage the digitally-connected consumer, and achieve strong sales and margin growth each Fiscal.###
What Will You Do?
Align with the UK and Global Marketing strategy for NPD launches, seasonal moments and key campaigns, working to localise for the UK market, in-line with regional insights, data and commercial and brand objectives.
Oversee the execution of the GTM monthly and day-to-day marketing activation, working cross functionally with the wider Omni Channel UK Marketing team and Head of Online Marketing, ensuring best-in-class delivery and analysis of retailer campaigns and brand launches.
Execute Etail Marketing strategy and support delivery of annual UK Regional business strategy, achieving budgeted sales mix from these channels.
Act as primary marketing point-of-contact for the Etail partners; to plan, negotiate and secure exposure for ELEMIS across third party owned channels.
Lead the end-to-end development of the annual Etail JBP's (joint-business-plans) and Trade Marketing Calendars, to inform development of campaign briefs, seasonal plans and content creation, to acquire and retain customers across all channel touchpoints, including digital, social and bricks and mortar.
Be the voice of Etail internally, to input on channel specific creative and content requirements, partnering cross-functionally demonstrating strong communication skills, across Marketing, Creative, Commercial Finance and Operations, to deliver campaigns based on CPA's and to deliver timely GTM activity.
Work with Head of Online Marketing to develop consumer-centric programmes in Etailer partners, that engage defined consumer segments across third party owned Digital and Social channels, for NPD launches, core range repulses and other brand initiatives.
Support UK business needs, to grow market share and to ensure strong representation of ELEMIS brand at all times, contributing to budgeted growth and achieving consumer engagement goals, through maximising Brand storytelling opportunities. Maintain a digital/social first perspective to meet consumer needs and business KPIs and work with cross-functional teams to ensure 360 alignment/prevent channel conflict.
Work collaboratively with commercial to align marketing investments and activations, in line with commercial priorities to drive ROI and channel growth.
Work closely with commercial to support strong wholesale sell-in tools, including QBR's, Strategy meetings, Creative planning sessions and managing day-to-day B2B relationships from a Marketing perspective.
Maximise sales and margin of all NPD, core and promotional activity within Etail working closely with commercial to create channel differentiation in-line with marketing and sales budgets and UK guidelines.
With support of HOM, take ownership of Etail Marketing budgets. Forecasting channel marketing spend and managing monthly budget trackers including marketing A&P investment, FOC and promotional sampling costs, with clear reporting into finance at month-end.
Proactively and clearly communicate all Etail initiatives with key stakeholders including Sales and Marketing colleagues, Warehouse/Operations, Customer Care, Global Education, and other internal stakeholders, through the creation and distribution of quarterly Marketing packs with forthcoming activation, plus following all GTM investments with post-mortem reviews to assess and communicate performance results.
Keep abreast of key competitor launches, GWP and marketing activities with our partners, to ensure we are at the forefront of competitive intelligence and communicate this internally.

The Perfect Candidate
Qualifications:
Educated to degree level, preferably Marketing or Business orientated
Previous Experience and Knowledge:
Experience in Marketing, with an understanding of Digita, CRM and Social Media
Experience in building best-in-class activation through Trade marketing calendars, working with external partners
Proven experience managing external agencies, to deliver Sales and Marketing results
Ability to work in fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders, delivering several campaigns at any one time
Strong presenting and reporting experience; confident analyzing and deciphering data and wider insights, for actioning new marketing ideas
Creative, yet analytical mindset, with commercial acumen; experienced determining and optimising return on investment from spend and using learnings for future initiatives
Proven experience in campaign and project management, with an organised and calm approach to managing tight deadlines and working under time pressures
Proficient in MS Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
