We're looking for a strategic and creative
Marketing Manager
to lead the development and delivery of high-impact marketing campaigns across our education, training, and wellbeing services. What You'll Do
Develop and lead annual marketing plans aligned with business goals
Oversee multi-channel campaigns across digital, print, and event platforms
Shape and uphold brand messaging and visual consistency across all touchpoints
Drive content strategy, including web, newsletters, case studies, and social media
Lead on digital marketing strategy (SEO, PPC, email, social) and performance analytics
Support internal communications and employer branding
Enable lead generation journeys and equip sales teams with impactful materials
Plan and deliver CPD events, open days, and sector expos
Guide a small marketing team and foster collaboration across departments
What We're Looking For
Proven marketing experience in education, training, or the not-for-profit sector
Strong skills in digital strategy, storytelling, and content creation
Confident leading cross-channel campaigns and managing a team
Excellent communication and project management skills
Passionate about learner-centred education and values-driven messaging
Bonus if you've worked with schools, MATs, or local authorities
