At Onestream we're hiring for a brand-new Marketing Manager, a unique opportunity to build, shape, and lead our marketing strategy from the ground up. The role



As Marketing Manager, you will take full ownership of Onestream's marketing strategy and execution. Your mission:

Drive profitable customer acquisition Strengthen customer experience through effective communication Reduce churn and increase customer lifetime value
You'll transition us from reliance on affiliate channels to scalable paid marketing strategies that deliver consistent and measurable growth. This role blends strategy with hands-on delivery, shaping go-to-market propositions, executing campaigns, and analysing performance to ensure strong commercial outcomes. You'll work closely with teams across the business, so strong relationship-building and collaboration skills are essential.

What you'll be responsible for



Managing and optimising affiliate relationships (price comparison sites, lead suppliers) Leading digital marketing across PPC, paid social, and native advertising Developing and executing a high-performing lead generation strategy Defining and evolving brand positioning, messaging, and creative across all channels Overseeing email and SMS programmes, including remarketing and lifecycle marketing Strengthening brand trust and engagement throughout the customer journey Managing website content and UX to improve conversion performance Owning and optimising the marketing budget to deliver measurable ROI Collaborating with development, design and finance teams to deliver campaigns end-to-end Conducting market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead

What we're looking for



Essential

Strong written and verbal English (GCSE-level or equivalent) Minimum 5 years in a senior marketing role Experience in consumer services with monthly recurring revenue Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, social media, email marketing and affiliate management Ability to build and present business cases and ROI projections Commercially confident, comfortable discussing performance and numbers Motivated, ambitious and driven by growth Skilled communicator with experience reporting to non-marketing stakeholders

Desirable

Degree in marketing or business Google or Meta platform certifications Experience reporting directly to senior leadership (MD/CEO/COO)
