Our mission is to deliver authentic flavors with a modern twist in a vibrant, welcoming space. As we launch and grow, we are looking for a Marketing Manager who can bring our brand to life, attract new audiences, and keep our community engaged.

Role Summary
You will be responsible for planning and executing the restaurant's marketing strategy across all channels, with a focus on digital marketing, local engagement, brand growth, and promotional campaigns. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone creative, strategic, and experienced in food, hospitality, or lifestyle branding.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with the restaurant's vision and business goals
Manage and grow our social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) with engaging, on-brand content
Oversee email marketing, loyalty programs, and CRM initiatives
Create and manage local promotions, events, and partnerships to drive footfall
Develop marketing assets including food photography, videos, posters, and digital ads
Coordinate with chefs and management to promote menu launches, seasonal specials, and offers
Work with food influencers, bloggers, and local press for collaborations and coverage
Monitor performance (Google Analytics, Meta, etc.), report KPIs, and adjust strategy accordingly
Oversee branding consistency across all digital and physical touchpoints
Manage budget and third-party suppliers (e.g., freelance designers or agencies)

Ideal Candidate
3+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in restaurants, hospitality, or lifestyle/F&B brands
Demonstrated success in growing social media, increasing bookings, or launching campaigns
Excellent written and visual communication skills
Confident with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe, basic video editing)
Comfortable with photography direction and food styling
Knowledge of SEO, Meta Ads, email platforms (Mailchimp/Klaviyo), and Google tools
Self-motivated, proactive, and enjoys working in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment
