Your Role



As the Marketing Manager, you'll oversee a team of 10 call centre agents, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and the achievement of marketing objectives. Your responsibilities will include:

Team Leadership

: Manage and lead a team of 10 call centre agents, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and achievement of targets.

Campaign Development

: Create and execute innovative marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

Performance Monitoring

: Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for your team, analysing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Resource Planning

: Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet demand, organising shift patterns and managing absences effectively.

Quality Assurance

: Monitor and evaluate call quality, providing feedback and coaching to agents to maintain high service standards.

Reporting

: Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, campaign effectiveness, and customer feedback to senior management.

CRM Management

: Utilize Salesforce CRM to track customer interactions, manage leads, and analyse data to inform marketing strategies.

Process Improvement

: Continuously assess and improve marketing processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

: Proven experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.

Leadership

: Experience in managing and motivating a team, with a focus on achieving performance targets.

Analytical Skills

: Strong analytical skills to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.

Numerical Proficiency

: Comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics, and processing figures with spreadsheets.

CRM Expertise

: Experience using Salesforce CRM to manage customer relationships and marketing campaigns.

Proactivity

: A self-starter who takes initiative, anticipates needs, and drives projects forward without constant supervision.

Communication Skills

: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire audiences.

Working Hours


Monday - Thursday 9am-6pm
Friday - 9am-4pm
