We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand awareness. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of marketing strategies, and the ability to communicate effectively across various platforms. This role requires proficiency in social media management, email marketing, and market analysis to develop and implement successful marketing campaigns.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Coordination and management of all marketing activities for Brice Aggregates & Rivenhall Oaks Golf Centre
Planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as email, event, social media, or content marketing
Create, proofread, and edit content for various marketing channels
Website content maintenance and analysis
Build and maintain strong communications with sales & commercial colleagues, events, customers and contractors
Social Media strategy and coordination.
Coordinating events supporting the sales team.
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of Marketing, communications, business marketing or equivalent degree/diploma.
SKILLS
Must have strong organisational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing
Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
Must be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time.
Must have a high level of creativity
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding proofreading skills.
Adobe Creative Cloud excelling in InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat DC.
Knowledge of content management systems.
Highly proficient in MS Office and PowerPoint.
EXPERIENCE
5 years' experience in B2B or B2C marketing

Your normal working hours will be 32 hours per week, excluding lunch breaks. Be flexible when required regarding hours and work priorities.
SALARY
30 - 35k (24k-28k pro-rata)
