Responsible for implementing, developing and measuring core marketing activities, with an emphasis on the B2C side of the business. Duties include design & development of marketing assets, content, and marketplace management & development. Working closely with relevant departments in the business, you will play a vital role in our ambitious plans for growing our business to consumer product sales.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Responsible for the design & development of marketing materials & content.
Work to expand the range & quality of media available to use in company marketing efforts.
Generate label designs and packaging in line with business requirements.
Improve and expand range of marketplace listings.
Ensure all new products are launched and listed on company marketplaces as relevant.
Improve the quality of existing listings on company website(s) and marketplaces.
Line management of Marketing Executive
Observe health & safety requirements as per the company's Health & Safety Policy.
Observe quality management requirements as per the company's Quality Management Policy.
Any other duty reasonably requested by a supervisor or manager.
Qualifications / Experience:
A-Level qualification or equivalent.
At least 2 years of direct-to-consumer marketing experience
At least 2 years hands on content & marketing asset creation experience.
Design skills, including familiarity with tools like Illustrator, Indesign, and Canva.
Prior experience with Amazon product listings.
Familiarity with setting up, managing, and optimising online product listings (Amazon and eBay).
