Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join a lovely sustainable and ethical retailer based in South Devon for a 12M FTC. This eco-friendly retailer is offering a great opportunity to lead content and brand communications, including for seasonal campaigns across the full marketing mix. If you are a creative marketer with experience within the retail sector, we would love to hear from you!

What you\'ll be doing

• Steer seasonal launch campaigns, with clear communication to all key stakeholders.
• Create, plan and implement content including design briefs, visuals for social media, digital and print.
• Communication of Marketing and Content plans to internal teams, collaborating with teams to ensure ToV and brand guidelines align.
• Social Media Management including planning, scheduling and reporting on campaigns. Manage influencer and brand partnerships.
• Co-ordinate and manage partner marketing agencies.
• Support Brand Director in delivering brand development activities.

Experience you\'ll need

• Experience in a similar creative Marketing position focused on creating content and copy for various marketing channels, including email, digital, social, and print.
• Ability to consistently demonstrate brand ToV and message across multiple channels.
• Experience collaborating and managing external agencies, and working across various internal teams is ideal.
